Special course programs
The Faculty of Natural Sciences II - Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics offers established course programs in chemistry, physics, mathemathics, food chemistry, and teaching on secondary schools. Further, we offer specific programs that are unique features of Martin Luther University. Our research focus in soft matter and polymer science is for instance reflected in our english-speaking Master program Polymer Materials Science. We further offer a full consecutive Bachelor+Master program in Medical Physics as one of only 2 universities in Germany. Finally, we offer a specific specialization in Photovoltaics in the framework of our Master program in physics, made possible by our cooperation with the company Q-Cells and a corresponding foundation professorship. The new Master program Renewable Energies starts in October, 2012.
